Our Premium Mince and/or Sausages Box is 5kg, 10kg or 20kg. The beef is from grass fed and finished Black Angus cattle raised on our farm. The Box can contain our Mince, Sausages, or both, your choice. Burgers may also be substituted in, by request.
The Mince is packaged in cryovac, and all packages weigh approximately 500gm each.

Delivery dates: Estimated delivery dates in the weeks of 21 January (sold out), 11 February, 31 March, 15 April, 27 May and 24 June 2025. Customers will be contacted to confirm the delivery date.
