This box weighs approximately 5kg or 10kg. The Short Ribs are from grass fed and finished Black Angus cattle raised on our farm.
The Short Ribs are in packs of two, and are packaged in cryovac. Please advise at check out if you would like the cut to be packaged into different sizes.
Delivery
Estimated delivery dates in the weeks of 29 October, 26 November, 17 and 24 December 2024. Customers will be contacted to confirm the delivery date.
