Weighing approximately 2.5kg to 3kg, the Scotch Fillet is from grass fed and finished Black Angus cattle raised on our farm.
The cut is packaged in cryovac. Please advise at check out if you would like the cut to be packaged into packs of packs of Scotch Fillet, as this can be arranged.
Delivery
Estimated delivery dates in the week commencing 26 November (sold out), 17 and 24 December 2024 (sold out), 21 January and 11 February 2025. Customers will be contacted to confirm the delivery date. Wait lists are available for sold out orders, please contact us directly if you would like to be added to a list.
Please note that the weight of the cut will depend on the beast, and the payment of $150 is a deposit only, and an invoice will be sent once the final weight is confirmed.
