BBQ Flat Iron Steak

Mount Moriac Beef's Flat Iron Steak is available in our Butcher's Specialty Steak Box.

Season with salt and pepper, and a drizzle of oil. Let it rest from the fridge for 30 mins or until at room temperature.

Cook the Flat Iron whole, quickly on a hot BBQ. Let it sit for 10 minutes, and then serve cut in thin strips.

Delicious with a greek salad and fresh bread rolls.
